A Useful Tool
MICROSOFT WORKS CALENDAR
A very usefool tool that I use to schedule my daily routine including water and salt intake is the Microsoft Works Calendar. (Look in Program Files in the Start Menu for Microsoft Works and click on Calendar.)
Each person's lifestyle is different so the 'Example Of A Day' section will not suit everyone. The MS Calendar allows you to schedule your water and salt needs around your daily routine.
Features of MS Calendar include a reminder alarm bell that you can set for each task you have scheduled, and a screen will pop up on your desktop when the task is due. It also has the handy feature of allowing you to repeat tasks for the next 5 years if you want to without having to make an entry for each day. A task can be set to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or even 1 day per week, month, etc.
Ms Calendar is especially useful for tasks like these, where taking care of ones wellbeing is usually the first thing to be neglected in a person's busy schedule. So plan your routine, set up a reminder and repeat, then relax while your computer does the rest for you.
